I don’t know which I find more infuriating – the endorsement via blackmail, or the nonsense about needing a “businessman” as president. The government just isn’t a business. I mean, yet, anyway.

He may have been of the age of consent, doesn’t mean that he wasn’t being groomed and manipulated by people in positions of power and wealth abusing that for their own kicks. Becki sounds like quite the predator when it comes to young men.
The only difference between them and Epstein is 2-3 years.

I agree with you, and since I tend to follow the “no harm no foul” standard of personal behavior, I have no animus for the man-whore or the Falwells. The stunning hypocrisy is the real outrage here, not their personal behavior. But give it a year and they’ll all be laughing it up on some talk show. That said, there should be an army of accountants descending on Liberty U as we speak.

If she was accepting money for providing sexual favors, that is pretty much the definition of “whore”. But in the case of women, the use of the word has been abused for so long and women have been denied other means of earning a living for centuries. So no I would not a call any women a “whore”. Except for the verbal-whores like Kellyanne Conway and Sara HuckSan.

He’s right, and the press fell for it hook line and sinker too. Falwell’s press release the night before the story broke blamed his wife for ‘having an extramarital affair’ and Granda of blackmailing him over it. This is after years of rumors that more than an affair happened and Jerry was involved too. But what did the major networks all report… the exact thing Falwell wanted them too, that ‘his wife had an affair on him’. Hell CBS News ran that story angle for 3 days, two of which where after Granda’s statements came out saying Jerry was involved too.
Just another sad story on how the MSN can be manipulated into reporting what a conservative want them too.

According to Cohen in his interview last night, Cohen just spoke to the attorney of the person who had the photos (a friend of Granda’s) and threatened him with extortion charges if the photos were not made to go away. He did not indicate what assurances he received of their deletion, but seemed to believe the discussion had its intended effect.

And that is exactly what is happening.
Everyone seems to be blaming Becki Falwell for being a predator—but Jerry is just as guilty.
Perhaps if Jerry had been interested in Becki—instead of being interested in watching the Pool Boy----this might have been a different story.
There’s a strong gay subtext to Jerry’s behavior, and it’s being glossed over in every story.

Not really. Some cuck-fetishits get off on being humiliated. For others, it’s a weird validation of their manliness, as in, “I’m so awesome that my wife is so hot the pool boy wants to bang her.” The Falwells seem not to have been too terribly inhibited in their sex life, and Granda has no reason to hold back any same-sex details at this point.
