‘I Would Underscore the Seriousness Of the Violation Here’ Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco’s election meddling scheme was declared unlawful by the California Supreme Court, which just issued unanimous decisions in two cases focused on Bianco’s seizure of 650,000 ballots in California this spring. I’ll unpack Bianco’s extremist background and ties to the far-right constitutional…
So when does the Sheriff find out after he f’d around?
No prosecution? Did I miss that part?
Imagine the outcry if a liberal pulled this garbage?
Another one of these constipational sheriffs? These guys are so full of shit.
And so Bianco will receive how much jail time for the theft of over 1,000 boxes of ballots?
That is my question. This guy committed a horrendous crime against the people of California so when will he be prosecuted?
In other news: From The New Republic
Tuberville is refusing to back down on his furry story. And he added that people should just get used to high fuel prices.
Rich people telling the little people they should grin and bear it.
Story always ends well.

Crazy asshole got almost 1 million votes. JFC
The sheriff that seizes ballots lawfully cast by voters claims to be too powerful to ever be controlled by the Supreme Court of the state of California.
Bianco said in August, per the New York Times. “That was not the intention of the writers of our Constitution.”
The intention of the writers of our Constitution isn’t to capture of ballots because you have a gun on your hip. Nor is the intention of the writers of our Constitution that a sheriff should lying about why more than half the votes should not count. I am very glad he lost the primary.
Woof.
I recall reading about it when the news broke. Seems like everyone out here in CA was caught flat-footed. I guess the idea that some crazed sheriff would confiscate over half million ballots, was too much to fathom. That it took months to resolve shows laws cannot keep up with a conspiratorial mindset.
It’s a big state. We’ve got lots of room for cray-cray.
And Sheriff Bonta looked at the California Supreme Court. And he looked at his 650,000 seized ballots, with circles and arrows and a loony conspiracy theory on each one. And he looked at the Supreme Court. And he looked at his 650,000 seized ballots, with circles and arrows and a loony conspiracy theory on each one. And he looked at the Supreme Court. And he began to cry, 'cause he realized that the court wasn’t gonna look at his 650,000 ballots, and it was just another case of American blind justice, and there wasn’t nothing he could do about it.
And I thought you can get anything you want (excepting Alice!)
Some brave soul ought to follow him around dressed as a puppy.
On top of all that, Bianco is apparently a prolific LinkedIn poster. In the past month alone he has posted comments suggesting “some people should never be allowed to vote”
Why am I so sure he is not talking about convicted felons?
