The good news is, this one is coming to an end. And with the adults in charge now, any new uprisings will be met with swift and furious opposition.

The threat is inside red state legislatures just like it was on the floor of the House on 1/6/21 when Hawley led the charge to overthrow election results. GOP politicians are trying to make it harder for people to vote with their voter suppression measures targeting poor and minorities.
But any fences Republicans put up can be easily breached by a growing electorate determined to show these enemies of democracy that they are the ones who are the real minority and should get used to losing more ground as higher numbers of our citizens vote in upcoming elections.
Where Republicans go low; Democrats scale right over any obstacles they put in our way. There are too many of us and our numbers are growing as Independents see nothing in the GOP that appeals to them.
I personally think their MAGA base is already getting bored with the whole thing and will go back to being lazy, not even bothering to participate in future elections. Their failed insurrection knocked the steam right out of their sails.
Besides, most of them are sure that the Deep State now includes the GOP Establishment and isn’t going to do them any favors. And they would be right for maybe the first time in their lives.
