the IRS has, as far as we know, not yet attempted to revoke a charity’s nonprofit status for political reasons. Some have argued that doing so could provoke an equal response under a future Democratic administration.
I look forward to Heritage and the whole of the Koch network losing their non-profit status, and being investigated for un-American activities. Two can play this game.
