Former U.S. Attorney Michael Moore on Thursday sent the Georgia State Election Board and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger a request for an investigation into Senate Judiciary Chair Lindsey Graham (R-SC), who allegedly asked Raffensperger about throwing away legal ballots in the state.
Oh man. Looks like life been grinding on the man.

I am really hoping that Biden goes with Xavier Becerra. Becerra has the cajones to open an investigation of Graham, and then charge him. Not sure anyone else in consideration will be as agreessive.

The WI supreme Court just tossed trump’s suit on procedural grounds. it was close, 4-3. One of the republicans on the court has to run again and is acting reasonable (or just is). It is a good sign as that is one of the most nakedly partisan courts in the US, so good to not have it strongly 4-3.
Trump is now 1-40 in post election litigation.
Looks like ole Lindsey Graham stepped over the line a little. Time to prosecute Graham for voter fraud and conspiracy. With Trumpy running in 2024, poor ole Lindsey is going to have to keep towing the line for Trumpy. With a video history of Graham lying strait into the camera, does anyone now believe that Graham did not suggest ballots should be tossed? I don’t think so.

Sometimes I have to wonder if the incompetence is premeditated, because the purpose of all this is not really to overturn election results -which can’t happen - but the grift itself. And the more incompetent Trump’s people are, the more his base thinks a fraud was perpetrated. It’s great if you win, and even better when you lose with those bunch of hooligans.
I don’t know…I’ve always thought of 45 as quite a good number for losing.
I don’t think it’s premeditated. That would make it a lie. They simply don’t care whether or not they have either evidence or legal legerdemain so it’s bullshit. But you’re right, the grift is the point; the grift must flow.
