In the fable, the country mouse is credited with the better life than the city mouse has, and the country mouse returns to the country. I wish these folks would go back to the days when radical fundamentalists mostly didn’t vote.

I do that, too. The problem arises when the replies are to different comments I’ve posted. I am led to only one reply. If someone hearts my comment before replying, I may be able to track down their reply, but not necessarily since the system no longer registers all hearts.
This doesn’t happen for me, ever.

The only Harry Potter I have read were a few chapters of the first book – aloud to my granddaughter when she was maybe five or six years old. Aside from Rowling’s trite reliance on fantasy plots and tropes – that would be okay, I guess – her prose utterly lacked grace or charm. Six year olds deserve better, so they can develop an ear for language.
