As former Republican Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell suggested yesterday the federal investigation into improper use of campaign funds was just one of Vice President Joe Biden’s “thug tactics” against the Tea Party star, the president of the ethics group which made the complaint told TPM that the outcome depends on just how much campaign money she allegedly put to personal use.
