It is almost structurally impossible for the coming GOP-led House to function stably. The main reasons are: 1. A weak, unskilled speaker who will be unable to lead the members given the small margins. 2. A large group of crazies who are more interested in air time on Fox News than doing anything resembling governing. 3. No common agenda. and 4. A malevolent former leader exerting a small planet like gravitational pull over the caucus and causing constant instability.

It’s far simpler. He’s breaking Twitter because he’s mad people on it were mean to him. That’s why he made the impulse purchase, and because he couldn’t back out of it, that’s why he’s burning it all down now. I doubt he’s thinking coherently enough to have any longer game.
