Rick Santorum’s oldest daughter Elizabeth is campaigning for her father in Hawaii ahead of the state’s caucuses Tuesday, allowing her father a presence in the state while focusing on the bigger ticket states in the South. She won’t have to hold her own rallies, but will be a lunch guest and participate in several ‘sign waving’ events.
