Election Deniers’ Voting Machine Schemes Have Become Part Of The 2022 Midterms

And then there’s this.

I just surprised he hadn’t done it sooner.

Remember when the R party hated frivolous lawsuits?

Good times.

And @teenlaqueefa:

Too bad for TFG. He’s tried this before, as have many others. He’s a public figure. The courts will throw this out as nuisance.

And Discovery would be a blast. How stupid do you have to be to sue someone for saying something that could be demonstrably true?

I’m sure CNN is shaking in its boots at the thought of facing Trump’s crack team of lawyers.

However, you can bet that Trump smelled weakness and saw an opportunity when the new Discovery management (and conservative major shareholder) started muzzling CNN’s political coverage.

Let the discovery begin. Maybe he can fast track this to the Supreme Court so they can overturn NYT v Sullivan and educate all of us on the original intent behind freedom of the press.

The Rule of Law must be upheld. This means DOJ.

So, the pattern seems to be to make an accusation that something has happened, and then proceed to do that exact thing you said someone else did. It is a like a bad time traveling story where you rip the disguise off the murderer only to find your own face.

Congress needs to pass a specific bill for Domestic Terrorism, with one of the crimes being election tampering. Persons convicted should get an automatic 25 year sentence and loss of citizenship. The law should be retroactive to 2020, with the Orange Asshole as the first charged.

suggesting these schemes will continue, with activists seeking data related to current and future elections

A saying from law enforcement circles comes to mind: Shoot first. Ask questions if you get around to it.

Attaching a USB could be an attempt to hack the voting equipment. The individual who attached the USB may have received it from someone else.

It’s good that the equipment has been sequestered but I hope someone knowledgeable is able to analyze the equipment to determine if there was any attempt to modify it in some way.

I’ve actually watched IT security-training videos from the FBI that discuss Chinese assets in America littering parking lots with USBs as a (very successful) malware injection tactic. You’d be surprised how many idiots will plug in a rando flash drive, just to see what’s on it. And once they do, they’re (unknowingly) compromised forever…

So why hasn’t Powell been arrested? She ain’t the President. She barely works for him. She’s tampering or attempting to tamper with election voting machines, with elections.

Why isn’t she in jail or out on bail at the least?
