Of course, when the SCOTUS decides Moore vs Harper in a few months, if they adopt the “Independent State Legislature” (ISL) theory then it is all moot. The SoS, Governor…and voters, will play no role in elections. The state legislature will choose the winner.
You know that in this 2022 election dems have taken one or both of the houses of 4 of 5 swing state legislatures, and lost none which has never happened before for the party in power in the white house? The Independent State Legistlature theory of banana-republicking America is fucking moot.
