Dzokhar Tsarnaev, the suspected marathon bomber police are pursuing, attended regular school events at the UMass Dartmouth campus where he’s enrolled. According to the Boston Globe, a student also said Tsarnaev was at a party the same night where he appeared “relaxed.”
