A federal magistrate judge was present during the arraignment of Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on Monday, Gary Wente, circuit executive for the U.S. Courts for the First Circuit, told Reuters. Tsarnaev was arraigned in his hospital bed where is still considered in “serious” condition.
