The judge has no authority to order a special master to review for executive privilege on anything . On[ly] a judge in the DC district has jurisdiction for that by law .

Nope. The Presidential Records Act designates D.C. as mandatory venue for an ex-president suing the Archivist over a privilege determination. This is not such a lawsuit.

I think this is why we had virtual silence from DOJ since her ruling.

Let the overwhelming negative response to the ruling sit for a couple days before reacting

Gives her a chance to come back from the ledge and drop then gauntlet before the 11th circuit.

We either win the appeal, or lose the appeal and win the “Courts are corrupt” argument before the electorate, weeks before they vote.
