Does Justice Scalia contradict himself? Very well, then he contradicts himself. He is large, he contains multitudes of hot gas.
Haha, Scalia got clowned by Roberts. Maybe the two of them will develop a nasty and contentious relationship, pushing Roberts to the left. (One can dream, canāt he?)
This has been the best part of the ACA rulings and gay marriage rulings ā seeing that fat, partisan fuckās own āreasoningā come back to bite him in his fat, vile ass. Suck it, Nino ā suck it long and hard. HAHAHA.
Thank you Justice Scalia.
Uggs back! And I thought this day couldnāt get any betterā¦
This particular rock landed right back on his own head.
This just in: Obama rushed to hospital with pulled abdominal muscles because heās been laughing nonāstop all fucking morning.
Yay! Some Ugg! Come, join us in the schadefreude poolā¦the water is tears are lovelyā¦
Scaliaās a cartoonā¦
This is what happens when your decisions and opinions are based on transactional partisanship instead of good legal theory and precedence. At some point you paint yourself into a corner.
He still has the same stone age mind.
This is how the boomer rang rock was created, right?
I do enjoy some judge on Judge trolling.
After tomorrowās ruling, letās hope heās having āa gay old time ā Yabba-dabba-doo!ā
Once again Scalia shows that consistency is the hobgoblin of minds lesser than his own.
OH SNAP!!
Good for you chief justice roberts!!
Scalia appears to be a learned yet unwise man who is confined to a checkers mentality while playing chess. As such he proves to be nothing more than a political hack appointed to the highest court in the land, rather than a thoughtful jurist.
Oh, but it does. Buried in the decision, according to Tom Goldstein from SCOTUSBlog, is that the subsidies are here to stay no matter who is president. No president alone can get rid of the subsidies by āinterpretingā the law to mean the subsidies are only available to states who set up their own exchange because SCOTUS has now interpreted the intent of the law. The only way to kill that portion of Obamacare is for a Republican majority in the House, a supermajority in the Senate, and a Republican president.
Yes, talk about frivolous lawsuits, by the very people who coined the term. How very Orwellian.
Yeah, itās always projection with him.
