He is reported to have said. “I am the first person who could run for president and make money doing so.” Trump has said this publicly. No one seems to really care at all about blatant actions that get more and more outrageous as the days progress. We haven’t even hit the 100 day mark. And the press is still legitimizing this scoundrel. Last week they had a collective Trump-gasm.
No one is really even going after the story that went around last week. Trump has not divorced himself from his businesses in any appreciable way at all since taking office. He promised to do so in December. He has done nothing, and nothing is done about it. There’s only enough time for tweets.
