…given the frequent interruptions on national-security matters along with Mr. Trump’s
loquaciousnessprodigious, monumental and protracted lies and bullshit.
You snarking, or did you really read something? BTW I guess they couldn’t confirm that rumor from Walter Reed about his real weight, blood pressure and cholesterol.
Were Trump to appear, Muellar’s first question should start, “we’ve reviewed your taxes from 2006 to 2016 and we have a few questions”. Trump’s best move would be to fake a heart attack or just actually have one.
Four hours? It’s taking him that long to learn to pronounce “I plead the 5th”???
And his reply was “your name”…
This is ignorant moron under oath in a case where he brought suit against a writer whose bio of him he didn’t like. You can see how simple questions could take four hours. P.S. He lost.

Who’s on first?
I don’t know.
I don’t know is on second.
And this is surprising…how?
The good ol’ WSJ, always a day late and $130,000 short on reality.
Then he was told all his responses had to be verbal.
Hilarity ensued.
Yeah, two questions and 20 admitted felonies later, it was noon and time for lunch.
Two sentence, ten second answers at max. If you can’t do that…you’re in big trouble.
Remember, Rudy said he’s setting a 2 hour time limit. So, one question?
“Tell us all the like really smart things you did to not get caught in illegalities concerning the campaign, Russian collusion and cooperation, firing Comey, and otherwise obstructing justice.”
Go.
If the maximum airspeed of an unladen swallow is 24 mph and the swallow is flying into a 40 mph headwind is it actually going backward at 16 mph?
What’s super fun about that exchange is that he’s apparently trying to avoid admitting he has a great memory, right? That way he can say “I dunno” to a bunch of questions with impunity. I mean, there’s no other reason than that to try to deny having said it…or to pretend you don’t remember saying it…or to give the deposing party a hard time with the answer, etc. And yet, within what must have been all of 30 seconds of conversation, as part of trying to avoid admitting he said his memory is the greatest, he obviates the need to prove he previously said it by saying it right there under oath in the deposition that he has a great memory.
The man will talk himself in circles right into impeachment and criminal charges. Guaranteed.
And the bestest part of it all is that he’s going to force Mueller to subpoena him and hopefully end up testifying in front of the grand jury, which means his attorneys cannot be present in the room.
“Multiloquent windbag” comes to mind. But that’s two words. Also raconteur, but that’s French and lends a false air of sophistication.
That was the one where if you can tell the difference between a lamp and an elephant, you pass.
That could work to our advantage. The Thing is apparently captivated by big French things, so a word like that will undoubtedly encourage him to tell even BIGGER lies.
It’s impossible. Mueller’s been consistently signaling that he has all or most of the story from IC and other sources. The most lucid, intelligent, disciplined defendant would have little choice but a plea deal. I don’t think Trump could prepare well enough to pass a driver’s license test at this point, much less defeat a dream team of prosecutors with massive evidence of a huge, reckless, and sloppy international conspiracy to commit unheard-of crimes. That’s literally impossible.
