I am high function autistic, I take things literal, please someone explain what he means by comparing Mathew and measles? Thank you for the help.

McConaughey had almost completely disappeared from the silver screen, but after a string of scuccesses he’s back and almost everywhere you look - True Detective, Dallas Buyers Club, Lincoln commercials etc etc etc
