Discussion: WikiLeaks Denies Manafort Ever Met With Assange, Slams The Guardian

Cool with a million, but how about testifying to Mueller under oath? Wanna try that?

Sure, because Assange is totally trustworthy.

They seem angrier than that that little guy the one time when the queen told the little guy that his name was Rumpelstiltskin.

Wikileaks & Assange DENY it?

Ha ha. Of COURSE they do!

What else are they going to do? ADMIT conspiring with a convicted felon to assist Russia in throwing the 2016 U.S. election???

My take? Trumpian style blusterā€¦

Wasnā€™t Assange named in a partially-leaked justice department filing recently in an unrelated case? As if he had been the subject of a sealed indictment? SO, of course heā€™s not going to admit it. Meanwhile the Guardian article mentions Ecuadorian intel agency as supporting the fact of Manafortā€™s visit(s)ā€¦which is likely shared with US intel???

The key part of the Guardian article, for me, was the details of what Manafort was wearing when he left the embassyā€¦ Seems like someone has it on videotapeā€¦ And London is blanketed in CCTV, so if the right people want to find you, they will.

ā€œ@WikiLeaks is willing to bet the Guardian a million dollars rubles and its editorā€™s head that Manafort never met Assange.ā€

Does Wikileaks necessarily even represent personal communications or directives by Assange at this point? I thought his internet had been cut off the by Ecuadorians.

So how would Wikileaks prove this particular negative? It seems that WikiLeaks does not like getting a taste of its own medicine where it now has to defend itself against allegations.

Soā€¦if the Guardian calls the bluff and Assange loses, would @WikiLeaks have the $$$ to make good on the bet?

Yeah, I donā€™t think so eitherā€¦

Just scuttle the whole enterprise, Wikileaks has always been garbage

Whereā€™s the proof. Letā€™s just accept that a couple of spy agencies have been recording visitors to the Ecuadorian embassy since Assange holed up there plus Ecuadorā€™s internal security cameras.

OK, Iā€™ll bite. WHY was ā€œPaul Manfordā€ visiting the Ecuadorian Embassy in England then? What ā€˜otherā€™ business did he have with the Ecuadorian government?

As Princess Diana once said about some DUDE who dissed her (he was a friend off Prince Charles, you see) ā€œWell, he ā€˜wouldā€™ say that, wouldnā€™t he?ā€

Of ā€˜courseā€™ they will deny it. Then the CCTV pics off Manafort leaving the Embassy (I love how the Guardian noted his garments so they ā€˜probablyā€™ saw the actual pictures) will be released and the response will be, so he went there so WHAT? And then the ā€˜recordingsā€™ of him and Assange will be released and they will say, so WHAT? itā€™s not ā€˜illegalā€™ to meet somebody, is it? And then the TRANSCRIPTS in full will be released. At that point Ecuador ā€˜willā€™ kick him out just for putting them in the firing line of all this bull-puckey.

Why not we remember the day where Wikileaks lost all credibility by becoming a puppet of the GRU and the Putin Kleptocracy? Or the day where Wikileaksā€™ ego-maniac leader preferred imprisonment in the Ecuadorean Embassy to proving he is in fact innocent of a sex crime?

And which serial fabricator are they referring to? Donald Trump and his inner circle are, possibly the biggest serial fabricators in the Western Hemisphere. Nobody is a bigger serial fabricator than dictator and murderer Vladimir Putin, but Trump very much meets that description.
