I have lived in several states over my lifetime and only recently moved to Idaho. Bigotry, especially religious rooted bigotry is thriving here. It is sad and depressing to see such ignorance. It isn’t suprising that education is at the bottom of the national stats here as are low wages. Where there is ignorance you find bigotry.
So, here’s the article the photo is from. I guess the hand-over-the-mouth gesture is part of silent protests over the bill’s not passing.
