Discussion: WH's Omarosa Manigault Clashes With Panel At Black Journalist Conference

Who knew Omarosa was still a thing?

After all this day’s sorrowful drama, is this the comic relief?

Must be.

I can’t think of a better explanation for it.

Highlight of the day occurred when Charlotte Hollis drove down from Hollisport to confront Omarosa

I found her conniving and very off-putting when I watched the show years ago. Does anyone, anywhere really follow and appreciate her, other than Trump himself?

Strike 1: Reality show contestant who got her 15 minutes playing the “villain”
Strike 2: Fake villain became a favorite of Agent Orange
Strike 3: Has a job that you and I are paying for for which she is profoundly unqualified

When does this shit show end???

She’ll still be working in the WH on Monday. But it would be wrong to call her out on it.

Remind me what she is doing at the White House. Outreach to minorities? What has she actually done?

Actually, I have a hard time imagining what any of the WH advisors is actually working on. How is Jared progressing on overhauling the government and bringing peace to the Middle East? The update we heard from him on the former task was basically a report on the efforts during the Obama administration to transfer data centers to the cloud. If that’s still humming along, fine (although of course he presented it as though it was his idea).

I have an image of the “senior WH advisors” running in and out of the Nasturtium Narcissist’s office more or less randomly throughout the day, although Kelly is supposed to be regulating that now.

Not soon enough.

What do you call a female “Uncle Tom?”

So here is someone who got a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, got her master’s in Communications, and didn’t finish her work to get her PhD in Communications, and what has she done her $176,000? Who is she having Tump liaise with? How did that meeting go with leaders of HBCs go?

Grifters gotta grift.

It starts with Trump and spreads throughout the administration.

Nothing more.

TBH, as a graduate of an HBCU, I was embarrassed to see these grown people standing there being used as a photo op. There were so many things wrong with this picture. I don’t know of a single one of my classmates who didn’t feel the same way. Still, I am proud to be an HBCU grad. Wouldn’t trade the experience for anything.

Omarosa, like Ben Carson gives being black a bad name. But it comes with the territory.

I imagine there are good answers to the question about how the President said to handle suspects (that is, he wanted police officers to allow suspect’s to hit their heads upon entering cars), but it would have required Manigault to sit down and really “game out” the response. She’d have had to gather with people who were willing to act as the opponents and who would be charged with coming up with challenging responses to her defenses. Clearly, she never did any kind of prep work beforehand to what was an easily foreseeable question.

Ms Want to Be Important, INTENDED to come in clashing!

But she got a surprise! Nobody paid her behind any attention. She showed up to say that she showed out…but the last laugh was on her ignorance!

How can anyone respect her after today’s horrible events in Charlottesville, VA. She is knowingly working for people who despise her and EVERYONE knows it too!

O you are looking awful these days!

“The Director of Communications for the White House Office of Public Liaison”

Now that there is one bitchin’ job title. What does she actually do?

When do we end it?

Ask her how she feels about what happened in Charlottesville, please.

What do White House advisors do in this administration? Mainly draw a salary for sitting on their hands given how much this POTUS is willing to listen to advice.
