Nothing Spencer says here reflects Christian teachings, dedicated American patriotism, or rational human thought.
This is basic, alt-right, conservative strategy to use the freedoms of a liberal society to destroy freedom and deny it to others.

His parents live in Whitefish and own a commercial building downtown where he rents(?)/has office space.
When driving through Whitefish he’d better keep an eye on his rear-view mirror … 31 mph, going through a yellow light, or pausing by a no-parking sign might get him a couple of days in jail.
I sorta don’t see it as hate, I see it as self-entitlement and contempt of all those not white enough. I believe hate is an active emotion such as Andrew Anglin is trying to stir up, whereas Spencer is a promoter of White First, which doesn’t mean it’s not bad it’s just not as bad as hate.
I’m told by people who have met his family that it is in fact, hate.

Whitefish is more than just a “small ski town:” it’s more like a small Lake Tahoe w/o the gambling. lots of wealthy people buying condos there as it’s on a large lake and near Glacier. as such, it’s a gold mine, unless some little Nazi jerk queers the deal by bringing on the bad press. I can’t imagine this guy not being pressured to s\hut the f up.

Spencer sounds like just the kind of leader any community would welcome. It’s hard to understand how people object to such a wonderful guy. Meanwhile, I hope he does stay, and I hope his neighbors crank up the rap CDs on auto repeat right before they leave for their winter homes. Failing that, I’m sure there are dozens of ways to make him want to leave.
All I know is what i’ve been told and it wasn’t much besides he learned to hate at home.
They are from Texas. He went to school in Dallas and his father is a retinal surgeon. I’ve talked to people who went to St. Mark’s, his school which publicly repudiated him utterly, and my ophthalmologist who knows his father and another patient of another opthalmologist who knows his father.
I don’t know any details, I have just been told it’s hate and he learned it at home.

Like all extreme groups the ranks of white supremacists are over-represented by those who have cut themselves loose from reality, self-brainwashed through their exclusive focus on misinformation sources like Daily Stormer.
So it’s not a matter of possibly attracting a single suicidal-homicidal lone nut, it’s the probability of attracting several. Thank God the Bundy-fest in Southern Nevada didn’t end up as a massacre. A single shot would have ignited that powder keg.
A Nazi-fest in Whitefish runs the same risk.
@lastroth - in fact, St. Mark’s, Spencer’s alma mater, is one of the best private schools in the country. Tommy Lee Jones is an alum of St. Mark’s and that’s where he learned to play polo.
It’s that kind of place.
