I’ve started reading Fear, couldn’t have done it when it was published but now that moron is in deep shit, I can, and early in his admin he told Gary Cohn, the Goldman Sachs guy who was briefly an economic adviser that in order to boost the economy he wanted the government to print more money. The high finance guy had to explain to the king of debt why that wasn’t possible.
Is it just me? or is Sarah looking more and more like Dom Deluise in drag?
In Other News Merry Christmas Dump
NEW YORK – Today, Attorney General Barbara D. Underwood announced that – following a court decision in favor of the Attorney General – the Trump Foundation has signed a stipulation agreeing to dissolve under judicial supervision, with review and approval by the Attorney General of proposed recipient charities of the Foundation’s remaining assets.
Those who consistently victimize and then when caught claim to be victims are called sociopaths. Trump and his administration are full of them.
Honor, as it is understood by the Corps of Cadets, is a fundamental attribute of character. Honor is a virtue which implies loyalty and courage, truthfulness and self respect, justice and generosity. Its underlying principle is truth. It is not a complicated system of ethics, but merely “honest dealing and clean thinking.” If a cadet is true in thought, word, and deed, there is no question about his meeting the standards of the Corps. On the other hand, quibbling, evasive statements, or the use of technicalities to conceal guilt are not tolerated at West Point.
Um…did they expect that the FBI would send over a list of talking points ahead of time???
FFS. The stupidity is mind-boggling.
Underwood is interim AG, but moron’s problems will continue with the incoming, permanent NY AG.
So, a 3-Star General, National Security Advisor, and former head of the DIA would have NO reasonable basis to understand that lying to the FBI is a crime…
Sheesh, even a two-bit street pusher knows that shit.
“We’re arguing that he was am-Bushed…”
No dear, he was am-Muellered…
Who said this about whom?
“As a human being he was a miserable person – a bully, sadist, lout, and egotist. He had no sense of loyalty, and he enjoyed tormenting those who had done the most for him. He seemed to take a special delight in humiliating those who had cast in their lot with him. It may well be that this was the result of a form of self-loathing in which he concluded that there had to be something wrong with anyone who would associate with him.”
– George Reedy, Lyndon Johnson’s press secretary
Imagine any press secretary being honest. Just imagine!
In other words… “Bitches, be gone!”
Judge just said to Flynn are you claiming that you were tricked, Flynn says no your honor I knew it was a crime to lie to the FBI.
Sounds like the judge is pissed about the lawyers’ latest filing. If he takes Flynn’s word for it now that he’ll stop whining like a MAGA victim about how it was all a setup, he’s being a fool. Flynn will be back at it right after he gets the wrist slap instead of a real sentence.
Yup,
I watched some of this the other day on HBO. LBJ was everything Reedy said and worse. HHH wanted to talk with him but it was time for LBJ to visit the toilet, so he invited him in while he took care of business. Cranston was great, but I couldn’t very much of it. And yes, he tormented Lady Bird almost every time he spoke to her.
“The Foundation was little more than a checkbook for payments to not-for-profits from Mr. Trump or the Trump Organization,” Underwood wrote in the initial suit.
The Trump Foundation was never the most impressive part of Trump’s portfolio: At its peak, in 2009, it had only about $3.2 million in the bank, a small sum for a billionaire’s charity.
Jaysus the judge says it!
ETA
It was a dirty trick. He ambushed me.

Guy’s probably a Democrat, too.
Taps her, eh? But, good, easier to beat her considering nobody want her in the first place. Run Mark Kelly against her.
Can the Husker be indicted for obstruction of justice?
Jesus’s opinion of her is far less important to her than Trump’s is.
