The only thing Trump learned during his lifetime of failing upward was to throw other people under the bus whenever things were going wrong. Everyone hates Trump for his Christmas shutdown, so he’s looking for someone, anyone else to take some blame and negative spotlight away from him. No one and nothing matters but Trump’s ego.
