If and when this is overturned, those dumbfucks on SCrOTUS will have an out (unanimous lower court agreement) and can deny cert, if they posses any brains at all and wish to refrain from grabbing a poison toad.

I concur. I think that is the final outcome. Ruling overturned in the D.C. court —> circuits in agreement —> SCOTUS denies cert.

Too bad the POTUS can’t dissolve Congress and appoint a full Democratic House of Representatives…a fantasy for sure, but can you imagine how far we could progress as a nation with a full Democratic government?
