Once again I wonder who is in charge of Mueller atm? Since Whitaker is no longer AG, and there likely is a time gap between now and when Barr takes over, does that mean the Deputy AG is once again in charge of it? If so, would be a good time for Mueller to do some things.

That office oversees the Justice Department’s civil litigation as well as matters including civil rights, environmental and antitrust.

Yeah, that was ambiguously worded. Did Trump tell Barr or Whitaker to enjoy life? According to the logic of the sentence, it should be Barr. But that really doesn’t make much sense.
