Those who simply blame the President for not playing games with fear and uncertainty are too lazy to tackle the real problem, an inept class of Republican politicians, herded into government by an immoral conservative movement, interested only in getting its hands on our tax dollars.
The immoral conservative is interested in more than just tax dollars. Not sure that this is a conscious effort, unconscious is more like it. These folks are totally asleep.
It seems to me that non-citizens who served in the military during WWII, were automatically granted citizenship at the conclusion of their service. It’s really too bad that avenue to citizenship was closed.

I wish that were true, but it’s been too long to be unconscious, I think. Although I agree it isn’t only about money
