Teri Kanefield does a great job explaining why that’s not the thing to worry about:
Jeebus effing dog on a flaming pogo stick. What a vile and repulsive bunch.
Still high in the charts after all these weeks:
Perhaps this story will be the catalyst that earns Eric jail term with his siblings.
This is the key take away, and the theory that Mueller is going on. Trump’s claims that he did not know about Little Don the Con’s meetings with the Russians (despite teasing dirt on Hillary, then not holding the speech when no incriminating information showed up, since the Russians were merely testing his willingness to conspire with them) is completely unbelievable.
But I would point out that the other message of this is how Trump lacks competent staff, and is basically on his own. Nixon had Erlichman and Haldeman and numerous other smart (if evil) folks who were in the tranches with him. Yet no one who is bright will work for Trump, even as a lawyer, and so it is basically John Barron and flunkies like Micheal Cohen.
This is going to be Trump’s undoing, he is not getting any good advise on how to limit his exposure, and keeps creating more issues for himself.
Because they get elected. There is no other reason to deal with them other than to peel off two or three votes. FFS, they forced the Democrats to meet in a basement office during Bush’s term and it still hasn’t dissuaded Dems from reaching across the aisle.
Oh – this sounds totally plausible. I know so many lawyers who do free legal work for so-called billionaires. It’s a thing. Look it up.
Isn’t it an odd coincidence that all of those many volunteers in the Stormy Daniels Payoff/NDA Issue receive a TrumpCo paycheck every 2 weeks yet still have time to do pro bono things for the boss? Do they wash his car and walk his dog?
It’s nice when a kid and his dad can do things together. My dad and I played catch. We played snooker in the basement. We went fishing and camping. I never had to help Dad silence his side piece, though. That must have been special for Eric.
Only when it suits their purpose
“Forever” is such a rigid word. They prefer “states’ rights when we don’t like the federal regs” as a far better explanation.
Actually, for the longest, it was the Southern Democrats. When the Repubilcans were the Party of Northern Aggression or the Zionist Occupation Army or whatever rabid racist crap du jour was fashionable.
“I’m not involved and I’ve been told I’m not involved.”
Well. That settles that doesn’t it?
Trump locks in “loyalty” by making his minions (and that includes his own offspring) participate in shady deals. He had always been able to count on no one ratting him out because their ass would be in a sling, too. I hope that Mueller is able to end all that – it looks as though some members of the crime family (Manafort,Cohen, et al) have found out the hard way how much it costs to play in his game.
When the boss asks a favor, you do the favor and don’t ask for overtime. Isn’t that the basic rule for crime empires?
You mean like this?

I appreciate that except the last two years have taught us that when it comes to the Mango Menace everything we thought we didn’t have to worry about we have to worry about.
We have no evidence that there nothing of which Republicans wouldn’t defend Trump and quite a bit that they will.
Betcha the hush money was paid out of the fake Trump charity.
Are you suggesting that Donald Trump might want to enlist in the French Foreign Legion - in spite of his bone spurs? Or did they magically disappear after we were beaten in Vietnam and left?
Barron, my friend, Barron, you get a new name, learn french (of the more folksy variety), red wine at the meals etc…
