The west wing of the Kremlin.
There is one thing that explains Trump’s behavior and is consistent with his character and history — treason. Billions of dollars worth. This visit is tantamount to shooting a nation on the biggest stretch of Fifth Avenue in the world.
And they let you!
I’m ready, Vlad, you inserter you.
Note: I will swallow everything.
Once Vlad makes his decision the venue will be set.
McFaul said he feared that Trump “thinks that a good meeting with Putin is the objective of his foreign policy with Russia. That should never be the objective. That should be the means to achieve things that are actually of importance to the United States.”
McFaul is being generous in this assessment of Trump’s “thinking”. The more cynical among us see this:
Any venue will be fine for Vlad, as long as he can be comfortable, and there is room for tRump to kneel.
“It would confer a certain normalization of relations and we’re certainly not in a normal space,” said Alina Polyakova, a foreign policy fellow at the Brookings Institution. “Nothing about this is normal.”
No shit.

Actually of importance to the which now?
How will this visit be arranged? Neither side currently has a functioning diplomatic corps. It seems that the government is run by the seat of his pants!
So it would seem. But the actual seat of his pants could make better decisions than the hardened lump of walrus bile he calls his brain.
So no doubt if the visit is to the West Wing Putin’s security corps will be allowed full multi-day access to make sure the venue is safe.
“WH: West Wing Is Among A ‘Number Of Potential Venues’ For Putin Visit.”
Sure–Naturally, any new home buyer wants a look at what they bought.
Does Putie already have a long-term lease on the West Wing? At least until Mr. Mueller starts dropping Donnie indictments?
They’ll probably want to replace the batteries in the goodies left during the Kyslyak-Lavrov visit.
Someone needs to remind Trump that his buddy Putin just deployed nerve agent on our British allies so providing access to Washington, D.C. and the White House in particular is a very dumb idea. Keep Putin in the barrel.

[/quote]And then a trip to Mar-a-Lago on Air Force One…with the same courtesies extended.
I am really outraged by the complacency and the treason in the White House.
Russia has invaded Ukraine and carried out a campaign of ethnic cleansing there. It has attacked our election, rigged the statewide vote tallies and altered the election outcome to install a soviet-era puppet in the White House. It has used chemical weapons including a dangerous nerve agent repeatedly on civilians in Britain, our closest NATO. They have tested nuclear tipped missiles.
If these are not acts of war, what is? What are we paying our military for? Is the military only to go to war for oil companies to steal oil from other countries in the name of national security? Is it to help countries in the middle east to fight their age-old religious wars? When will the military be prepared to fight for America’s homeland and to defend it?
I wonder, if Theresa May is reconsidering the invitation to Donald now ?
Doubledating her and Vlad can’t be smart ?
I know a site in Leavenworth, Kansas that would be perfect for both of them. They can stay there as long as we want.
That’s a great point.
So, I guess it’ll come down to a Russian murderer and an American sociopath deciding what’s in the best interests of their country.
Aren’t we lucky : - )
