And Ms Sanders, I would remind you that there are something over 35,000 people who are in the FBI. I think they can multitask rather easily. Mueller certainly has not hired every last agent the FBI has.

The self-confessed sexual predator needs just one more little step, and a lot of Americans will fill the air with applause. Replace the âabsolutelyâ comment with acknowledgement that the meddling is the only reason the electoral college voted him into office, and we can move on to impeachment for collusion.

Itâs ironic, yet not surprising, that the very thing right-wingers screamed about for decades â that the Left in America was secretly subverted by, and beholden to, Soviet Communism â is precisely what has become of them. Of course Putinâs Russia isnât the USSR. Itâs a petrodollar-fueled mob organization with nuclear weapons posing as a modern nation-state. But the effect is much the same.

What she seems to be trying to get away with as âtougher ⌠than [President] Obama was in eight years combined,â is that when Russia had kicked out a number of our diplomats, we closed their consulate in San Francisco. Remember? Hot day, fireplaces pouring out smoke from burning documents. Big fucking deal. ISTR that just before the State Department announced that action, Trump thanked Putin for saving us so many salaries by ousting our diplomats.

Trump and the Republicans donât do anything about Russian interference in our elections because the Republicans want the interference to continue. They are colluding with the Russians by encouraging an environment where the election interference will continue on the assumption that the Russians will back the Republicans. After all, the Russians benefit from current US leadership due to no sanctions, laissez faire attitude towards Russian international ambitions, Trumpâs love of the oligarchs, and the decline of US world leadership. The Republicans know Russia will back them, and the Republicans will do anything to stay in power. Thatâs why they wonât do anything to stop the Russians. Itâs treason, and they should be called out for treason every day!
