The presentation and question/answer by the WH spokesperson brings up an old joke/analogy (albeit with sexist overtones): Q. What is an economist? A. An economist is like a guy who can describe 1,000 ways to make love, but he doesn’t know any girls.
So what does that say about SHS?
Well, in my comment I was referring to the person (economist) who spoke and took questions prior to SHS who talked about the merits of the tax plan.
Ah! My question was placing SHS within the context of that joke. That’s a joke, in and of itself.
