On mlbtraderumors, DFA’d has become a verb. Set me to thinking. I’m campaigning for the institution of a standardized Delcaration Of Absolute Confidence status, at Presidential Discretion, so we can succinctly say that Flynn, Manafort, or even Kushner have been “DOAC’d.”
And, similar to DFA status, after two weeks the person is likely to be unemployed, particularly if a Bigly Deal cannot be worked out.

Yeah switching from Donald to Pence doesn’t make me feel any less queasy at all. Where Donald seems like a lying moron, Pense seems like a religious moron with his “good” ideas stuck in his head and no evidence can make him change his beliefs.

Well, his ties to the whole misinformation campaign (Breitbart) with the stories feeding through RT/Breitbart/Trump would make him a prime suspect for coordinating data exchanges.
And he’s smart enough that I would think the FBI would reel in other fish first who are likely to spill the beans on him for various reasons (i.e. Jared).

First things first. You may have been around (I was) to see what a beyotch it was to get rid of one guy–Nixon. At that time some recalcitrants were loosened up because they had Ford to cling to as a replacement(think McCain, Collins, etc.). What’s more, with Trump gone, Pence will be under a microscope with nothing but his wits and personal charisma to use in advancing his agenda.

I was in my early teens during Watergate and what I liked about it most is a woman I did yard work for was too interested in watching it to want stand over me while I worked so I actually didn’t mind working for her then!
Even without being watched over I don’t think Pense would lie, I just think he actually believes all the dumb shit republican planks. So yeah maybe not a lot of behind the scene things to fuck people over but a lot of dumb laws or cutting of good laws that will hurt folks.

Pence’s effectiveness would be further limited because at that point Congress GOPers might doubt that he had the undying loyalty that Trump inspires in the base. So as I’ve always thought, he’s got his uses. We can’t take our eyes off the ball and let El Bufón* evade justice.
