That would be cool, like a round up out on the farm. I was hoping for a standoff, Roger loses it, gets paranoid, opens fire. Hostage taking would have been even better but Roger being roused out of bed is okay with me.
Still need an indictment of a family member though. Canāt wait another 4-6 weeks.

The arrest or take down was conducted by the local federal marshals. Someone there probably tipped off someone or several someones.
Is he being extradited to DC?

Initial court appearance in Florida.
In Federal Criminal Practice this is the preferred time if they plan in advance and it is not an exigent circumstance arrest. Defendant more likely to be home. Gives them enough time to do pre-arraignment processing with Pre-Trial Services Agency (Bail risk investigation and recommendation for the Magistrateās Court) and more likely that everything court related can get done by the end of business day.

That is always the case. I had the Indictment from WaPo earlier I did not read it to see if they were extraditing/removing to DC. But since he lives in FLA he has to be arrested and presented in the Federal Magistrate Court there.

I would assume so. There are bail conditions. But I cannot see depriving him of his First Amendment Rights or his right to further incriminate himself. His lawyer will probably recommend that he keep his mouth shut. If he gets bail he can lose it by trying to influence other witnesses or committing other crimes.
