Right?
Surely you’re not suggesting that this evidence, presented a year and a half after the fact and months after it suddenly became known and a public issue might have been faked, are you? I’m shocked at your cynicism.
I’m totally willing to believe the Trumps really didn’t actively collude with the russkies.
They’re quite simply too friggin’ stupid to carry it off. As evidenced by Jr.'s idiotic responses via e-mail.
Now all the shady folks around them, however…
Yeah, me too…
And why they had to have Daddy concoct a fake excuse note.
Yep. I should have included that. Thanks.
o/t - but no good place to put this Jerry Springer-esque “reality tv show” family item:

Click to see the statement. It’s as if she is trying to set up a Crystal vs. Alexis moment (old Dynasty)
Oh, brother. I wonder if she knew Trump still talks to the ex once a week, as she claims.
The Trump family soap opera: “As the Stomach Turns.”
Can we expect a cat fight on the White House lawn? I’d pay to watch them pull each other’s extensions out.
What I thought was funny was when Ivana “ripped” Marla as a showgirl.
A “model” denouncing a “showgirl?”
Bring in Malaria.
The line between, “model,” “showgirl,” and “starlet” has never been defined. The common baseline? We call them whores.
So, there’s an email about bringing the “lobbyist,” Akhmetshin, to the meeting at Trump Tower, who is on the record as follows:
In a July interview with the Associated Press, Akhmetshin said that Veselnitskaya brought a folder to the meeting containing documents detailing what she claimed was the flow of illicit funds to the Democratic National Committee.
“This could be a good issue to expose how the DNC is accepting bad money,” she said, according to Akhmetshin.
But the email about bringing Akhmetsin to purportedly help in the discussions about orphans (they sure have a thing about orphans, not that there’s anything wrong with that) since he’s been in discussions with members of Congress on the Foreign Relations Committee proves, ipso facto, that there was nothing shady about the meeting at Trump Tower. I’m sorry, but I must have skipped that class period when my Logic professor taught about this kind of thing.
ETA:
Major premise: The email that actually set up the meeting said it was part of the Russian government’s efforts to help the Trump campaign.
Minor premise: The Russian lawyer brought dirt on Hillary and the Democrats to that meeting.
Conclusion: The meeting was about orphans.
At least Alexis had breeding.
Agalarov’s lawyer Scott Balber told the Washington Post he was releasing the email to support Agalarov’s claim that…
DOJ should jump on this. It is a marvelous idea that would quickly eliminate court backlogs and save the country many billions of dollars spent on court proceedings. There’s no point in bothering with the rest of the show if a lawyer can produce an email in support of a client’s innocence.
Maybe they can take each other on in the reflecting pool in front of the Lincoln Memorial.
The T rump Family soap opera: “As the Bowels Churn”.
FTFY
With really low standards in their choice of sugardaddy.

[/quote]Not just his client’s innocence, but the innocence of everyone in that meeting at Trump Tower. It was about the orphans, I tell ya!
Dumb question 101 again. First the words Russian, Oligarch and Lawyer.
Exactly how do we validate these emails really existed at the time they were theoretically sent? Do we have logs?, Server side raw data? Seriously, how would anyone trust this at this point?
Beyond that, the words, “Russian,” oligarch," and “lawyer” are immediate disqualifiers for anything to be legitimate.
