Presidents are not allowed to fire FBI Directors because they are investigating the President for TREASON and protecting the homeland!
If this assistant DA has any balls - he will resign and he will start talking to the press so even Trumpâs deplorables realize they voted for a Russian traitor who is carrying out Putinâs mission to discredit and destroy the US.

It isnât that important whether he screwed himself or not; what is important is how much better he can do under the circumstances than would his probable replacement.
If I understand matters he has a request from ex- director Comey for more resources for the Russian investigation sitting on his desk. He should grant it. After all the public purpose of firing Comey is not to prevent the investigation and Sessions couldnât stop him. And should be charged with obstruction if he tries. Donât threaten the latter â just do it.

I tend to believe he is truly upset over Comeyâs many breaches of protocol, because he understands the impact to the agency. The only reason Comey wasnât fired over his actions last summer and fall is politics.

Rod Rosenstein is simply lying for PR purposes. The rambling incoherent rant he wrote to provide the cause to fire Comey is a joke, a laughing stock. He is another Trump lackey and brown noser.
However, when Trump, Penice, Kushner and the other moles in the White House Russian cell see this Washington Post article covered on TV, they will arrange to get Rod Rosenstein fired. What Rod Rosenstein did is grotesque. He botched their cover through ineptitude and incompetence.
