So. They were shot a total of 40 times… he fired 15 times… and the cops who shot them the other 25 times were not charged.

I know- standing on the hood, firing on them…maybe they all should have been charged, but this gu wents nuts. Should not be allowed to touch a gun. Of course, my take on gun control is anyone who wants an arsenal, probably shouldn’t have one…

The deceased were black, correct? Black people are kinda right there with Iraqis as far as deserving justice and fair play, right? If this officer had done his deed standing on the hood of a car in Ramadi he’d be getting a Medal Of Honor pinned on his chest. Sooner or later this country’s citizens are going to have to wake up and realize it’s ALWAYS going to be 1845 in America. Hell, it won’t be long we’ll be bringing back poll taxes and lynchings.

Update: AP just announced he was found not guilty.

He’s been found not guilty. Like I said, the cops could have kept their guns holstered and used rope and they’d still be found not guilty. That’s our nation.

137 shot barrage? in response to a ‘back-fire’ ??? … wouldn’t you sort of get a sense that they weren’t returning fire after you shot at them 20 or 30 times and had no response?

From this former prosecutor’s point of view it makes eminent sense. Nobody else jumped on the hood of a stopped car and poured fire through the windshield at point blank range to make sure of a kill.
