That is not what the headline says. It caught my eye because the headline is exactly the opposite of what we have been hearing about deportations.

Pretty sure that Obama administration deported fewer immigrants in 06, 07, and 08 than they did last year. As I recall Obama was busy with a campaign at the time and just wasn’t putting that much of his time into deporting; probably was relying too much on “self deporting” at the time.
