This sort of thing will be what brings his campaign to its early end. As he goes over the top, even for him, in his zealotry to be outlandish in the presidential campaign, under increased press attention (even for him), he is going to start feeling financial backlash. And that is contrary to the whole idea behind this. Let NBC say they are cancelling his appearance on their show, and he drops out of the race within hours.

That goes along with an increasingly commonly used “to not ____” construction (instead of “not to _____”) that drives me crazy every time I hear it.
Scalia should learn to restain himself, since he seems to have a talent for writing dissents that are later used against his position in subsequent cases.
