The Dark Knight Rises was just a movie, you know. Bane didn’t really blow up that stadium.
Maybe they think their 1 death per WEEK by firearms is plenty; especially when compared to this countries 24 per DAY.
And they don’t have a 2nd Amendment equivalent.
The football one is almost certainly O.J. Simpson’s Buffalo Bills uniform. And it just has blood all over it. Which makes sense.
