Discussion: U.S. Launches Strikes Against Syria

Those empty buildings Putin okayed as targets will surely know Trump’s wrath and conviction to a world free of dictators and tyrants…

I hope to hell innocent civilians aren’t caught in his nut flexing idiocy… but I’m sure they will… fuck…

I’d love to review the target list. Empty bakery, empty gas station, empty weapons depot.

He must have written dozens of tweets about President Obama’s and Hillary Clinton’s failure to get us of the Middle East. The putz is walking us back in for nothing but political gain and diversion from his criminality.

@atldrew Thanks for doing what I didn’t have the stomach for, that is to look at his actual word droppings.

My phone in the other room just made chirpy noises, presumably because it wants me to know there’s some warrin’ going on. Life is strange, isn’t it?

I, for one, feel safer now, knowing that Donald Trump’s approval numbers will be secure through the weekend, because he acted so decisively…

I’m just a lazy puke who cuts and pastes other people’s work.

But it’s good to know other peeps will don a hazmat suit and do a dumpster dive deep into his tweets.

It’s all in the timing…

ā€œSo I won’t be needing the KY Jelly after all?ā€

There is always a counter-tweet isn’t there?

[/quote]Your phone? Just wait till his phone gets chirping with tweets about what a ā€œstrongā€ Commander in Chief he is with his ā€œstrongā€ response to the Syrian chemical attacks and his ā€œstrongā€ warning to Russia.

The thought of this narcissistic man child having the power of life and death over hundreds of thousands of people is demoralizing and terrifying. If he cares so much about the innocent civilians of Syria, why doesn’t he let a few hundred thousand into the country? I couldn’t be more ashamed of our country.

Even if you think this is the right thing to do, or at least not a wrong thing, the pathology behind the decision tree is so tragicomically obvious, it’s downright terrifying. He made this decision tonight they say.

Tonight, after the Comey revelations indicating he seemed to believe it was possible the pee tape existed and Cohen really did go to Prague blew up the whole ā€œno collusion, fake dossierā€ narrative that was one of his main defense mechanisms. Tonight after a week when he’s felt increasingly terrified and powerless and confronted by his own fraudulence. All of which is coming out as rage. Time and again he’s been moustrapped by Mueller, just this week,

Of course he’s going to kill some people and provoke a confrontation (faux or otherwise–who can say when he’s in this state?) with Russia to ā€œproveā€ it isn’t true.

He could get us into a nuclear war really soon. He really, truly could. Because that mental collapse that’s been so obviously inevitable? Yeah, I think it’s here, kids.

Well, whad’ya know, Trump has a temper tantrum and people die. How much more insanity does this imbecile have to demonstrate before Congress moves to remove him? How many more people have to die?

Yeah. But Robert Mueller is our country too, and the Parkland kids, and the Women’s March people, and the folks you know who work hard and play by the rules. More of us than them. It’s a bad mess but we’ll clean it up.
