This Salon article discusses the same case, which involved a U.S. Attorney in New York who talked a little too much about the defendants.
And cops wonder why no one will talk to them after a crime has been committed? Pfft.
Was in grad school at UVa. I donât recall campus cops. Didnât have any run ins with them. Though the Charlottesville police were super nice if you were a student and white. Not so much the ABC police, whoâve gotten in the habit of tackling co-eds with cases of water and black guys trying to get into bars legally.
Video 2:30 long, hard to watch.
To watch the video is to be witness to an execution.
I guess youâve got to learn their lingo. Itâs a whole other language.
- Driving without a license plate is putting a policeman âin fear for his life.â
And if you donât understand what they are saying you might end up dead.

I had not hears about this case before and I am absolutely sick to my stomach. How can this be anything but murder. This is just unfucking believable. It is almost as though there is a field day on murdering black folks
I live in a large metro area where the chief of police recently decided his department couldnât afford the $2 million to put a camera on every officer. This situation clearly shows every policeman in the US should be required to wear one. Buy them a camera before you buy them a gun or a car. The frequency of these incidents shows this problem is out of control.
Oh the ABC guys were always assholes. Sure did seem to keep a close undercover watch on strip clubs with liquor licenses though.
The most he should get out of it is a change of venue and/or special prosecutor. If the video is as bad as intimated, that should be no help at all.
Did anyone notice that Puppies has been suspended? Thatâs why you donât see his right-wing, ass-clown thread-jacking nonsense here right now. Thank you, publishermike!
The video is really shocking. I had to watch a couple of times to figure out what was going on, due to all the shaking. The main act occurs before the shaking. The offices goes literally in 1 second from talking to shooting the guy in the head. He then falls flat on his ass, and seems to drag his ass on the road a bit. And guess what? He then claimed to have been dragged by the car, and another officer backed him up saying they saw the marks on his clothes consistent with being dragged. If this guy thought up that excuse literally within a second of the shooting, then that is in its own way⌠impressive.
The innertubes and phone videos are delivering some awesome justice, the cops and the justice system, not so much.
Itâs funny that we never hear about black cops killing whites.
