Discussion: TV Station Forces Pro-Scott Brown PAC To Change Attack Ad

Discussion for article #226962

But Shaheen’s lead has essentially evaporated in public and party-funded polling.

It’s one poll that shows that. My goodness, you know that there are outliers in polling, right? Shaheen shouldn’t rest easy but for Pete’s sake, the race hasn’t actually “become tied” – or at least, the data doesn’t support that yet.

Wow, imagine if we could all just count our assets and not our debts.

“Shaheen’s wealth has surged while in public office.” False

But has Brown’s wealth surged while [and since being] in public office.?

I looked at the real clear politics site, and discovered that the polling average gives Shaheen a 6.6 lead. There is only one poll that is within the margin of error, which gives Shaheen a 2 point lead, and that poll appears to be an outlier. I think it is time TPM told us where it comes up with its conclusion that Shaheen’s lead has evaporated in all the polling, and if so why?

Good thing these PACs can’t coordinate with candidates, because Brown might be embarrassed by these inaccuracies. Ha ha.

Poor Scott. Drifting along to a foregone conclusion of political failure.

Your right about TPM

And look at the period of time they are asserting her wealth went up … 2008 to 2013.

MY ‘wealth’, such that it is, doubled from its low point after the crash in 2008 to where it is now when the Dow is over 17K.

These manipulators really make me cranky!
