Discussion: Trump Will Nominate State Dept's Nauert As UN Ambassador

from her wiki page:

Nauert attended Keith Country Day School in Rockford, Illinois, Pine Manor College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, then Arizona State University. After landing an internship hosting a country music video program in Washington, DC, she stayed there to finish school, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Mount Vernon College for Women. She received her master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.[5]

From there, she had a career in TV.

Essentially 0 relevant experience–now representing our country in the UN.

Anyone ever notice that essentially nobody appointed by Trump went to a public high school. Most go to boarding schools, so she is a little different. Also, that is a lot of colleges in three different states all across the country. I wonder if there is a story there.

Fox bimbo will take job held over the years by Madeleine Albright, Richard Holbrooke, Susan Rice and Adlai Stevenson II (under JFK). Their shoes are too big for her to fill.

Only if she has the tools.

Nauert was a breaking news anchor on Trump’s favorite television show, “Fox & Friends,” when she was tapped to be the face and voice of the administration’s foreign policy.

It would be funny if it wasn’t so pathetic.

I look forward to the laughs she’ll get in the general assembly.

Just when you think he can’t degrade the government further, he nominates a Fox cleavage blond to be UN Ambassador.

Boy, those interns at the country music video program were such snobs. Always mean to the capitol pages who had to earn their right to be there with their grades and knowledge of government and such.

I’m sure her ability to order hay-bales for background and acting as PA for Garth Brooks videos will be useful in her current gig.

She’ll be playing her in the movie no doubt.

This piece of plastic makes Haley seem qualified.

What makes you think she’s not a foreigner too?

Not much, really. I forget - does the Senate get a say? If so, I can’t imagine they’ll approve. Haley is party faithful and important because she’s a semi-brown woman who could somehow get elected governor in a racist state. But this bimbo?

Senate holds a hearing and votes to confirm. You recall John Bolton was a recess appointment as Ambassador but mercifully was never confirmed.

Does she have any bruises on her knees?

Trump only hires “chicks” for powerless spokesmodel jobs.

Nauert in June:

“When you talk about Germany, we have a very strong relationship with the government of Germany. […] Tomorrow is the anniversary of the D-Day invasion. We obviously have a very long history with the government of Germany, and we have a strong relationship with the government.”
