The NRA vehmentlly disagrees them, however. Their sole purpose is to sell more guns. If a class of gun owners is having theirs taken away, they can’t sell as many. That’s a big problem given that something like 3% of people own 50% of the guns in the country.

Oh, I think they will. Congressional Republicans have been using the exact language Pence was attempting to peddle about ‘due process’ as a reason why they continue to allow people on the no fly list to continue to buy firearms. That language is pre-approved Grade A unadulterated NRA speak.
