Iām sure someone said it, but obviously he will refuse to participate in the suit after inauguration, citing executive priviledge. I suppose heāll quickly confirm another Justice to SCOTUS who can give him a majority, then let the issue go to Court. His point has no merit at all, obviously. After he takes office the suit will be much more burdensome.

Yesā¦ so as I understand it, this means HO is quite mistaken if he thinks he can stop his civil lawsuits if he can have them put off until after the inauguration.
