Discussion: Trump Tweets: 'Perhaps' Just Let Obamacare 'Crash & Burn!'

It’s all part of the drowning granny in a bathtub plan…

I didn’t say any names, but my favorite flower has always been the violet.

Sanders had fuck-all to do with the bill. Any credit he is being given for its content is undeserved and unwarranted.

Dang it. Now I need to rewatch that movie. Again. (Totally off-topic: Is that again grammatically incorrect even if I’ve seen the given movie more than twice? I have a feeling that it’s definitely redundant - and I would’ve removed it, but I was curious to see what the answer would be.)

and in this current environment, the modern day GOP are very happy to let him hug that ‘bear’.

The one he dug when he colluded with Russia last year?

Nobody has said. But there is this (from the Denver Post):

Trump rolled his golf cart off the green and right up to them, where he ended up complaining he was playing “well until this hole.” It’s unclear what hole Trump had just played, as well as how many he had already completed.

This is not the first time Trump has been caught on camera driving on one of his golf course’s greens. According to Ken Bass, who said he’s a former member of Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Va., Trump regularly drives on the greens there. In early June at this course, which is located in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., Trump reportedly drove on the green while playing with retired NFL quarterback Peyton Manning.

Bass added that to his knowledge, “No member of the Club is allowed to drive a cart on the green, even if they are handicapped.”

“Listen, I could go out there and dump fifteen grannies and their wheelchairs right into the Potomac River, and they’d still love me!”

Alternately (in keeping with alliterative color-dictator combinations with added bonus points for todo español):
Naranja Noriega.

I’d say it’s not repetitive but is informative because it indicates that your proposed rewatching would not be your first rewatching.

A new Congress could solve that problem.

So let me get all of this in: considering what has happened/ is about to happen, are you saying that this fourteen year bill wouldn’t be passed in a ‘flipped’ House?

n I love for him to test that theory.

My new response to every single one of his Twitter posts:

And even there heming and hawing over whether stripping tens of thousands of people of healthcare is a good/acceptable deal isn’t exactly “moderate.”

So Trump is now backing away from the Senate’s Obamacare repeal? In a day or two he’ll be threatening a veto if he thinks it will make him unpopular or force him to take a stand and defend it! Of course, he’s too stupid to even explain the law, so in a big way, he’s better off making it go away, rather than continue to reveal his monstrous ignorance!

POTUS says “Let My People Suffer”. I want to thank everyone who voted for this evil person.

Well, the Ds controlled the house from 2007 to 2011, and it didn´t pass; they even had the Senate for a couple of those years. Granted, the number of co-sponsors is way up, which is encouraging, but it´s a long way from 112 to 218.

And what´s the ¨violet¨ reference?

just not fond of red roses nowadays…nothing personal though.

I’m still not getting where that whole …" protect and uphold the laws of the country" thing in the oath of office plays into the idea of “letting obamacare crash and burn” comes from…
It seems to me as elected officials, they are required to do what the law asks and to work to keep it viable.

A wise man once said: “You broke it, you bought it.” Keep that in mind before your next tweet.
