The man continues to prove every day what a petty little man he really is. And while his words are easily reflected back on himself, they only show that heâs an empty, shallow, vindictive madman, who shouts at clouds hoping they will eventually echo back at him in his own voice. Unfortunately for the rest of us, his words are too hollow for us to take seriously, even as President. Just typing that makes me cringe. And the echoes he hears are all in his own head.

Gorsuch only lies under oath if someone has the temerity to ask the question and he is actually allowed to answer it. I wouldnât be surprised if someone on the panel objects to the question and requests it be stricken from the record.
After the rule 19 debacle, anything is possible.

Youâre a better person than I to try and be fair to the so called president.
This is so awesome, the more I think about it the more I fantasize about some justice being served.
So thereâs only two choices for Gorsuch. Trump canât accept dissent, so he either lies which he canât or he reverses himself which he canât. Now what does Trump do? Withdraw and replace him with another nominee. Okay, fine. Now the new guy has to walk the same plank. Trump made it a thing, but Trump will never take responsibility for it.
They all feel the way Gorsuch does about the attacks on judges starting last year with the savaging of Curiel based on his ethnicity.
This is a great political play.

As part of my ongoing dedication to community service I sent HaarFĂźhrer a series of tweets pointing out how disrespectful Gorsuch was and how it made Micturition Man look weak, âLIKE A PUSSY!!â, and telling him he must remove Gorsuch from consideration. I helpfully pointed out that he "MUST SHOW [everybody] WHOâS RUNNING THE COUNTRY! YOU!! THE BOSS!!
Itâs not like I wanted to put ideas in his empty head or emasculate him or anything. I was just trying to help. Itâs just the way I am.

I always check crowd size before assessing the veracity of what Iâm hearing. If there are a lot of people in attendance it must be true.

unless the judge comes forward and admits to these remarks publicly there is no reason to believe he has any integrity and was just talking to help himself get confirmed.

Thomasâ cloud is entirely different. Gorsuch will be taking a slot that Obama should have nominated. He will have been chosen by a President who lost the popular vote and was actively working with a hostile foreign government to see him over the finish line. Add to that the very real probability that during his hearings, he is going to be forced by Trump to essentially disavow the separation of powers doctrine.
Joe Sixpack may not care, but nearly every lawyer in the country will.
