Discussion: Trump Threatens Clinton Prosecution Again: 'Special Prosecutor, Here We Go'

I had to explain to my 11 yr old daughter, last night while watching the debate, that America is very embarrassed by the Republican’s and their boorish candidate. Nice first exposure to the adult world, thanks conservatives.

The crowd was chanting “Locker her up?” Hmm… trying to tie that to some sort of locker room joke and, alas, failing.

Edited to say that, perhaps it should be “fortunately, failing.”

If after the election, the media would only report on the negatives of the Trump U cases, the rape case, potential tax fraud charges, illegalities regarding the Trump Foundation, more business failures, potential Cosby-like sexual assault allegations … but never, ever interview Trump, put him on the air, or publish or broadcast his image or voice again (I know, the clicks, ratings, lure of the “exclusive” interview are all too much - but, hey, I’m dreaming here), that would be the greatest punishment and humiliation of all. And end each story with: “Donald Trump, still a loser. Sad.”

Seems trump has more legal problems then Clinton ever has. Rape and fraud are the two most serious. And there’s not even a need for a special prosecutor. A regular one will do fine.

I won’t be happy until the Trump Tower is torn down and a reconstructed Bonwit Teller erected in its place. With the bas relief panels, of course.

I’ll be happy if Ivanka has to make her own dresses, or is so poor that she asks Tiffany to borrow.

He rejects our reality and substitutes his own.

If he weren’t such a dangerous assh*le who has caused so much damage to the US already, I would feel a little sorry for him. He’s a man who only knows about dominance, and he’s being humiliated in public. The humiliation is going to continue with no way for him to make it stop, and he has no inner resources to deal with such a massive failure. Decamping into his own world is pretty much the only choice.

Yeah he does and that is a really good supposition about what could happen.

hahahahaha - and god I hope it does!

I donated to Issa’s opponent this afternoon.

And you don’t want to be in the vicinity when it finally blows.

Fair is fair.

I expect the full investigatory and prosecutorial might of the US governement to rain down upon the business practices of DT and his family.

Then again I’m sure when Hilary wins she’ll forget Trump and focus on governance.

I caught that, too.

Except a lot of cases have already been brought against him and have only been stayed because of the election.

Repeatedly threatening her with prison not only feeds his base, but it also feeds his own rapidly-developing dominance fantasies.

He can’t beat her in real life so he starts spinning this story in his warped mind that when he wins, her punishment will be abject humiliation and final banishment to the gulag.

Didn’t the law on special council expire 17 years ago? He wants to use a legal tool that no longer exists.

Better to let his creditors all head for the door simultaneously.

I think so, and ironically enough, that law expired because lawmakers thought that it had been abused by the out-of-control hit job Ken Starr did on President Clinton.

Why would he need to? That’s what minions are for, and Donald gets the best minions. Nobody hires minions like Donald.
