Except I think even Donald J. Trump knows that if he were to ever say “I am not a crook.”, two things would happen. One, people would be laughing all over the entire planet. Two, he would be struck by a lightning bolt. There is no plausible deniability that Donald Trump is a chiseling crook.

We have literally never seen a situation remotely similar to this. 
Pelosi is not an 8-year-old boy being bullied on the playground. She’s got a bomb to defuse and a republic to save. Let those damned investigations go forward. This whole idea that “Dems always cave” and “won’t fight” was always nonsense in my always gently expressed opinion and it’s a wildly mistaken notion now. Pelosi and Schiff et al. are killers. You don’t second-guess killers because you don’t know what they know about killing.

None. He’s a career criminal. There are mountains of evidence for that and more on the way. I can’t think of any exculpatory information that’s difficult to explain away. The fact pattern is for obvious. blatant guilt.

The ridiculous claims go machine-gunning by so fast it would be impossible to point just one out and address it properly, but historians must roll their eyes halfway out of their heads when they hear this one. If you google “first hundred days” you can read about how FDR made those three words a measure of presidential activity. Trump is already rated by far the worst president in history and assuming that history continues, which we hope and pray, that’s not likely to change.

pursue Trump’s impeachment unless there is a bipartisan consensus on it.

Really, I’m not sure why she had to come down on either side of impeachment at this point. Seems like that not saying anything would have been the best course of action if she’s so concerned about the politics of it. Unless her main political concern is not getting beat up by the GOP in the press (which is always a Dem concern)? As it stands, coming out against impeachment helps nothing but the president’s propaganda operation.

Begging the question. You’re going to have to first prove in some way I can’t imagine that the Democrats have in fact been “arguing on the Republicans’ terms” before you take your own argument another step. If you mean they haven’t been as lefty as you’ve wanted them to be over the years, say so. And what that has to do with my comment on Schiff and Pelosi escapes me too.
