Discussion for article #242431
Bet the people of Iowa don’t know about this, never well and probably wouldn’t care either.
He’s back Baby! Bigger and Badder then ever! Trump 2016! This is going to be Yuuge!!
Seriously, I have mixed feelings about this. On one hand, I think it would be hilarious if Trump actually got the GOP nomination. On the other hand, what’s wrong with us and how far can this really go?
The crazy is strong with this party. If Trump is going down, may he end now with a whimper, but a bang.
I think that TPM is a bit parsimonious:
PPP’s newest Iowa poll finds a tight race on the Republican side in the state with Donald Trump at 22%, Ben Carson at 21%, Ted Cruz at 14%, Marco Rubio at 10%, Mike Huckabee and Bobby Jindal each at 6%, and Jeb Bush and Carly Fiorina each at 5%. Polling further back are Chris Christie at 3%, John Kasich, Rand Paul, and Rick Santorum each at 2%, Lindsey Graham with less than 1%, and Jim Gilmore and George Pataki each with no supporters.
JEB? #7/8! How deep can he go ?
The picture of Carson looking at Trump with such anger in his eyes, reminded me of something. When a teenager is angry and tries to harm others when angry, then they scare themselves and understand that they are capable of very bad things to others. So they over compensate that they cannot show any emotion as they know what they are capable off. When Carson talks so softly and very little facial expression, he reminds me of a childhood friend that in anger harmed her sister. She changed to be very timid and soft spoken person as she understood that if she ever got angry then she could was capable of harming people. Carson reminds me of her, especially after it was revealed that he was an angry teenager.
Carson has re-taken the lead after leading supporters at his book signing in Tampa in singing his award winning campaign song.
